Prompted by a post elsewhere about not being able to find a number for local branches and instead having to face the frustrations of using foreign call centers.....

"If you have an 'inclusive landline calls' phone package, then it is very rare that 0844, 0845, 0870, or 0871 numbers are are included in your 'free minutes' allocation, unlike normal numbers. Many mobile phone packages also exclude freephone 0800 and 0808 numbers for your bundled minutes."

http://www.saynoto0870.com/ is a website that aims to provide you with a number that will either get you through to your local branch and/or provide you with an alternative number to use which will allow you to make best use of the rates offered by your landline or mobile phone provider for local/national calls.

Hope you find it as useful as I do and don't forget to bookmark the site  :001:

From experience tho............I think the 0870 companies are on to it.......as i used to be very sucsesfull using the site, but in the last year or so, the alternative numbers you phone will just tell you to phone the 0870 numbers :020:
