IE7 vs Firefox

Is it just my imagination, or does this site load quicker on Firefox than IE7?

Loads even faster still on Firefox 3 (although it is still in Beta).

I haven't used Internet Exploder much since about IE5 other than testing things work when we do changes to the site, so I couldn't really comment.  Be interesting to hear peoples thoughts though.

FF2 took 3 elephants to load, and IE7 took 9.

Firefox is a better, and IMO for the majority of sites, faster than IE7.  Firefox 3 is even faster and it turns out IE7 is faster than IE8 Beta!

Opera is even quicker.  Slightly less add-ons though but at least as good as Firefox.
