It appears that Tam McManus may be available on a free transfer after refusing to take another pay cut at Dundee.

I know that his last two seasons have been blighted by injury but we do need another experienced forward and the last injury prone striker we recruited has certainly proved himself.

Worth offering him a contract until january ?

seriously though, i like Tam but he does a lot of huffing and puffing with not a lot of results,best run was the 10 yards to take out Barry Robson during a derby a couple of sesons back ,unfortunately ,bazza had passed the ball several minutes earliar,Macmanus was sent aff and we lost the game  :007:

I'm clearly in a minority of one but I still think he might be worth a short term contract.

not even worth considering now, had a decent run with us for half a season but his work ethic when the chips were down was Sh**e.
