Clicking links on forum

I have recently changed to IE9 and when I click on a link the page navigates to the destination and also opens a new tab. This is only happening on CTO. Anyone else having this issue?

is it an internal link or external? Can you give me a page example and I will try it on IE9 at home later.

IE9 has many problems/bugs .... this may be one of them.

I just clicked on one of the links in this post and it didn't happen, so that'll be external links.

And not just on CTO either, I'll try my settings but didn't think open in same window and open in new window/tab was possible.
