Posting Images or Videos

Maybe its me but I cannot see how to post any images or videos within a post! My IT knowledge is very good but I am lost.

If its pictures you can go to 'more reply options' then attach the picture(s) and then click add to post. Videos? no idea, I'm struggling to add in gifs at the mo used to work to add image but I dunno.
