Well done Alloa

Recommended Posts

What a finish for a part time club 4 wins, one draw from their final 6 matches and helped us into 3rd place. Great achievement.

Indeed. But will Goodwin be there next season when there will be vacancies at full time sides like Morton, and possibly Falkirk and others?

Paul Hartley did well with alloa. Did he get two promotions? Have they always being part time.

Yes. Stark contrast to Brechin who, with similar resources, have suffered successive relegations. Goodwin certainly seems to have potential but only time will tell whether that is realised.

Of the teams coming up, I assume Arbroath are part time.

Of those in the play offs, are Raith Rovers full time? I'd imagine Forfar and Montrose are part time.

As an aside, did young Hoban get any game time at Forfar?
