Thundrecats, Bucky O'hare, Funhouse, Thunderbirds, Captain Scarlet, Sharky and George, Superted, Dangermouse oh so many memories absolute classics they just don't make them like they used. I think still have Bucky O'hare and Thundercats toys somewhere.

I loved Funhouse! I miss programmes like ZAP, The Power Rangers - i always wanted to be the yellow one - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Rosie and Jim. I remeber when I was in primary five and the Teletubbies hit the big time, I thought they were amazing with their Tubby Toast and Naughty Noo-noo! And at the age of about 14 when I discovered the Tweenies... I should stop!

mmm, well maybe i can be the first of the old feckers to post in here !

Mr Benn was classic as was the Clangers [anyone at Aberdeen Uni - does the Clangers society still exist ? probably not] .... Mary Mungo and Midge, Trumpton, Chigley, and Camberwick Green deserve honourable mentions ...... as do the saturday morning Flash Gordon 'oldies' and the Robinson Crusoe 'dubbed from some other language' series that always came on in the school holidays .... the last two were so bad they were good !!

now i am thinking, I am sure i will come back with more !

Chorlton and the Wheelies was cool, if a little bit sinister for young 'uns...anyone remember Hong Kong Phooey??? ( cartoon kung fu dog, yes weird indeed but it worked! )

barney the dog with stars in his eyes

I'd forgotten about Barney the what a programme that was. Another I've remembered is William's wish wellingtons I can't believe no-ones mentioned that yet. Oh and sesame street what a show that was pure genius.
