Things I don't see any more... in the case of most contributors to the Memories! forum, I suspect that's most things because most of us are heading towards senile blindness.

Bikes with dynamos, canvas awnings in front of shops, BB boys with pillbox hats, the Courier without photos and no news on the front page (well... on second thoughts...!), the Belt in schools, free milk in 1/3 pint bottles.....

Saw one in the Glasgow Transport Museum last weekend! I didn't realise until quite recently that they were blue since I only ever saw them before on black and white TV.

Messerscmitt bubble cars with no reverse gear and a single door at the front. (Think about it....!)

Charles, my uncle had one of them and I loved being in it.

Shirts with jumbo collars. Staypressed trousers, Oxford bags with six button waistbands. Ariel motorcycles, tanktops, roller skates that clamp onto your shoes, chad valley projectors.

Seem to remember there was a TARDIS at the junction of Fairfield Road and Kenneth Street, and one at the back of Woolies.

You just don't see them anymore!

Electric milk floats are becoming a bit of a rarity as is a good Inverness accent.

Trawlers in the canal.

MacBrayne's buses

A Caley Thistle away win.

Trawlers in the canal.

Oh yes you do - if you head up there just now one's just passed my back window, and twice in the last fortnight I've been caught at the bridge waiting for them to go through.
