Hello walk update Laura and Julie mananged an amazing 20 miles sis i am well proud of ya xxx we had a right laugh on the walk well until the pain hit us bad but we did great .

all i can say is.....oh my god!!!

my blister on my right foot just burst, i dunno if i have ever felt such PAIN!!
