"Mary of the Assumption" is the Patron Saint of Jamaica.

However, in reference to the flag, it was designed with a Saltire to represent the islands Christian nature, and since the oldest Anglican Church on the Island is called "St Andrew" they felt that using the Saltire was a fitting tribute.

Some Catholic Schools mention St Andrew as being their Patron Saint, but I think that is in reference to the school itself as opposed to the whole Island. Jamaica does not appear on any of the main (reliable) sources that I used when constructing the quiz as being one of the Countries for which St Andrew is the Patron Saint.
