Forgetting the 3rd division player he's picked I don't understand why he never included Huddersfield's Paul Dixon who has had 2 good games for Scotland recently. Surely a better option and at minimum merits at least inclusion in the squad.

Until we sort out football all the way to grass roots and start bringing through more quality players, then I don't think it makes a lot of difference who the manager is.
