Me and 4 mates tried to get people singing in the 2nd half on saturday.and all we got was dirty looks and we also got told 2 be quiet.now if that is not a disgrace i dunno what is.ITS A FOOTBALL MATCH!!your supposed 2 be singing.urging on your team.if there's anyone reading this that told us 2 be quiet,you should be disgusted with yourselves.MON THE CALEY!!

so mantis.tell us.why you were tutting and not happy about some people trying to get an atmosphere?just turn your hearing-aid down next time.drums for the next home game.will anny1 else be singing in the main stand?

roscoe, I realise your new to all this but could you trawl through all the previous threads before starting same old same. It gets very boring when the same stuff keeps coming up as a new thread.

there are only two answers to this problem and one will never happen

the second is to allocate somewhere for the fans that want to make a noise to go

st mirren, aberdeen and rangers to name a few have "singing sections" where the fans that want to sing can go and even, in aberdeens case stand up

It wasn't a Mrs Miggins by any chance ?  :sad02: .. Perhaps the answer is for the club to survey all season ticket holders and "group" singers or non singers in their own sections. Non singers or Shooshers could be provided with ear plugs or upgrade to soundproof booths (thus providing additional revenue and demonstrating their commitment in a silent but dignified manner) and Classical music such as the Hebridean Overture could be piped to Platinum Shooshers to provide ambience without intermittent crowd reactions spoiling the game..

Just a thought but and come to think of it has anyone let Sir Elton know about the singing embargo ? as it would be mildly embarassing if stewards ejected him five minutes into the concert :024:
