Nerve racking end to the season. Easy to get caught up in the negatives and be critical but I'm grateful that we're even in a position to have a fighting chance.

How did Marcus Gill play because I see in the courier that Scott Kellacher seems to suggest he played well especially with his handling and distribution etc 🧤?

I think it's really important that Longstaff is back because he could be crucial in the next few weeks, especially seeing as we are in desperate need for goals so that we can get the required 4 or 6 points needed to avoid that ninth place finish!!

In terms of the Arbroath squad for the game, I'm torn because on one hand it would be good if they play their "weak team" as it's only fair they do in terms of the relegation picture but, on the other hand I'd also like to see us pick up 1 or 3pts against their "first team".

Oh and another quote that may help next week just like it did against QotS a few weeks ago "these players are ANGRY but not disappointed we didn't win". Weren't they "angry" after the aforementioned game then won 0-3 the week after 🤔🤔🤔🤔.

Donnie, let me turn it round.

IF Arbroath fielded their usual starting 11 yesterday and scraped a win, then fielded yesterday’s team against us this Saturday and we beat them 5-1 would we be having this discussion, eg about them fielding a “weakened team”.  I doubt it.

We probably wouldn't be so upset but it still wouldn't be fair Sporting integrity is important

Gill played well. Felt for him at the goal as he spilled it. Personally think SK should have subbed in added time to waste a few seconds and take pressure off.

I'm embarrassed for him. He's no apologised to me or our fans or the spfl or the sfa or Inverness CT or Montrose FC.

They would have been just as well no turning up.

@ Fruitcake: Yes, a whole bunch of them!

@ LRP: All we have at the moment is Billy's great strike for the goal

I'm not sure what is going on with the footage to be honest. We used to have excellent coverage of all games. Since Pixie Lott came along it's been sporadic rubbish. Surely there's some student with all the attributes to throw something together as part of his/her/it's learning curve?

Please correct me if I’m wrong but have we turned into that club who only posts highlights if we win games now?

There was a guy on Saturday up a tower in between the 2 dug outs filming. I have been checking Stenhousemuir but nothing posted yet. Some of the clubs in league 1 are excellent and have the game posted online within a couple of hours.

Club media went the same way as everything else over the last 6 or 7 years. Highlights have become sporadic and quality is atrocious even when we do get them.

Hopefully it is one of the things on Alan Savage's list to be looked at.

If we can stay up, there is a great opportunity to get promoted back to the Championship as next season’s League 1 looks like being the weakest it has ever been. Hamilton are coming down and they will be financially very weak if they can even survive at all as a club. As for the play-offs, I guess the worst outcome is that that Airdrie drop down, but we shouldn’t fear them either..
