build a stand so it bcomes an all-seater and make the programmes free on match days. and make the away fans have to pay ?20 for a half-time pie.

I make my own TV station (TinCanTV or TinCanTelly) where ICT matches would be shown for free so you don't have to pay a small fortune for Setanta or Sky Sports to see them.
