Simple.... park at the big Tesco roundabout facing towards Nairn... wait for the Easyjet flight to come over at about 12.30 pm,  AND DRIVE LIKE FECK, follow said plane towards nairn, turn off at sign that says 'airport'  you will ( if you have driven quick enough) see the plane landing and heading towards terminal building, there you will see lots of cars..that is the airport.  :005:

Going from the rail station head up Academy St, past Marks & Sparks on the right, straight ahead at lights at Eastgate Centre, past Morrisons, on the left, straight ahead along Millburn Rd, Straight ahead at A9 intersection on to the A96. Keep on the A96 for about 5 miles, turn left (signposted - Inverness Airport) past Castle Stuart, then take  first on right, signposted Airport....

You could phone 222555 - you might get LG, who would probably take you a different route altogether... and charge you a fortune...!!

Yes there's a new road now to the airport, but a word of advice - never let a taxi take you the new way as it's at least £1 dearer than the Castle Stuart road.

if you enter academy street, inverness, gb and inverness airport, gb into google maps as from/to you get one ROUTE (not the castle stuart one)

but if you do academy street, inverness, gb and castle stuart, inverness, gb as the from/to and then add inverness airport, gb as an additional destination you get LG's ROUTE

Cant believe that anyone born in Inverness would have led such a sheltered life that they'd never been to the Nairn beaches. Got to pass by Dalcross to get there. :003:

Where have you come from to get to the centre of Inverness in the first place Dmacca

He's a secret agent and was dropped in by parachute in the dead of night. Must have been cos if he came via A9 south or north or the A96 he'd have seen the signs. Unless of course he's one of those drivers who dont look at roadsigns. If he came from the southwest via A82 or A862 or by train then he has an excuse. But I like the idea he's a spy. :003:

Ya feckin ask somebody in the town and then ya follow the feckin signs that say Inverness Airport with a wee feckin piccy of a feckin plane on them. It is a bit like trying to find a big feckin bridge in Bristol. :016:
