Really hope Keith does well at Dunfermline. Negative side of me, his only problem may be the fact that the manager who signed him got the sack a few weeks later. Here is John rankin talking about his time when a manager who didn’t sign him wouldn’t play him. Craig Brewster at ict for his second stint.

first few minutes is a decent watch before the interviewer changes the subject to Hibs.

I said it elsewhere....it soothes the soul a little to see a young man with the work ethic he exhibited after putting pen to paper with Dunfermline.

It happens so often that a player will ease off a bit knowing their future is secure, but he gave it everything right till the end.

He earned his move, and I wouldn't be surprised to see him go up a few more levels in the game.

Hope it all works out for him.

Dunfermline played it smart signing him on a 4 year deal knowing we were in no position to hold out. I fully expect they will be looking for KB to kick on and sell him in the next 18 -24 months and get a decent 6 figure sum.

Showed our other young lads what it takes at this level to excel and keep up with the Alfies & Brannan who all are at bigger clubs and players I think we will be seeing and hearing more about in the future at top levels.

Fortunately there are add on clauses in the deal with Dunfermline (as advised by Charlie Christie at the last Fans Meeting) so we stand to get a further financial benefit at some time.
