Andrew  Just checking!  I correctly predicted Spain v Italy to be a draw, and Spain to win the shoot out.  Is this not worth 2 points ?  Plus 2 bonus points for Villa not scoring makes 4 by my reckonning.  Or, are you saying that if I had incorrectly picked Italy to win the shoot out, I would not have received the point for predicting the draw?  Seems a bit harsh to only get 1 point for correctly predicting a draw and the winner of the shoot out.

Mee- I understand what your saying but unfortunately their were 2 correct predictions. At the start I said if you correctly guess the team to win, you get a point. To get the extra 2pts you needed to get the correct scoreline. Even though couchpotato predicted Russia to win on penalties, they still got the correct winner. I realise that it is harsh now, so apologoises. For the other fixture even though it went to a penalty shoot out, I gave everyone who predicted a Spanish victory in 90 or 120 mins, a point. This included yourself. Hopefully this clears it up, again sorry for the rules.

I am sorry about the rules of the Prediction League. As long as you guess which team will win correctly you get a point, no matter how they win. As I said, this is how I have scored it so far and will stick by it until the end.

I realise that the rule is stupid and thus the Prediction League is bad. Again apologoises.
