I used to get well pyshed and lie down.. but never called it planking.

Seems the craze is to lie down in a dangerous place and get yer pic taken, i would say dont do it, just go to bed.

i enjoy planking on a daily basis

sometimes on my bed

sometimes the couch

if i feel really adventurous then on the floor

on occasion i have planked in the garden when sunny

it has even been known for me to do a spot of planking in the gym between exercises

I only wish I had the animation tools to have made the video's better instead of using paint and movie maker.
