Safe before Christmas!

With the benefit of hindsight, we now know that we actually became safe from relegation on 22 December. That day we beat Dundee 4-1 at home to move onto 33 points, in a season when the relegated team ended up with 30 points.

 

I'm pretty sure that must be the earliest we have ever crossed the survival line. And with all the fears last summer about our ability to stay up, being safe before Christmas is something that none of us would have contemplated.
