Anyone know why Hibs v Rapid Bucharest and Livingston v Killie were both arranged to be played at Grangemouth Stadium?

I think Rapid have based themselves at Grangemouth. Motherwell were supposed to play there on Monday night but pitch was waterlogged. Greenock and Stenhousemuir also played them at Grangemouth last week
