Is Stadium Road closed

Does anyone know if  Stadium  Road is closed from Kessock Bridge roundabout .

I was along it last night izzy and it looked like they were trying to get one lane open heading towards the roundabout from the stadium. Looks interesting too coming down  A9 from millburn, possibly only one lane there too approaching the roundabout. 

 

I'll be walking or on my bike as I predict it could be a bit congested!
