I want Rangers to beat St Mirren on Saturday , same as i hope Falkirk get beat by Dunfirmline

But on the other hand if either of them win it'll be something else for them to think about while battling to avoid the drop !

Opinions ?

I am more intrested in the Falkirk v Dunfermline, but for Saturday, i wouuld rather see a diddy team go through. St Mirren v Dunfermline hopefully.

Just hope that Walter Smith doesn't call McGregor or Ferguson back into the squad.

Am not sure Falkirk have this covered. and St Midden, their doing pretty well in the cup :rotflmao:

Why on earth would you want them to get beat ? Surely the more distractions they have the better our survival chances are .

Aye but a beating can affect team confidence !

I think Falkirk believe they have had the best season in their history. But I see an ex-ICT player who will spike them for beating us 4-0. 'The Bayne of the Bairns Cup Defeat as the Pars win third Semi in a row'. I see that player having his Ibrox goal for ICT played over and over before the cup final. I see two other ICT players combining to score against Rangers. I see Boyd replying and Mendes scoring. I see both losing teams saying they will now concentrate on the league. I see ICT deciding it is time to pull out the finger and in their next match holding St Mirren for 92 minutes until Ross Tokely comes up for a corner, makes a hash of a header but Denzil collides with Dargo and Jim Hamilton heads a dramatic winner for Butcher's boys. I see Falkirk winning their first split game 4-0 and frightening the hell out of ICT at half time.

The moral of this story is that in the absence of a real game pundits emerge and completely get predictions wrong. It is easy to play football from an armchair.

I couldn't care who wins in the semis....

All I want to see is both Midden and Falkirk's best players struck down with career threatening injuries and ruled out for the rest of the season.

Rossco is the man for the job :rotflmao:

Tokely can take down players without grabbing them down in the penalty area and causing us to fall out the quater finals.

Or Russel Duncan can pretend to be headbutted and get them sent off :rotflmao:

Rangers captain Barry Ferguson misses the Scottish Cup semi-final after suffering a calf injury last week. Defender Sasa Papac is suspended and Lee McCulloch, Kirk Broadfoot, Kyle Lafferty and Kevin Thomson are out.

St Mirren striker Billy Mehmet will be given a late fitness test as he struggles with a hamstring injury.

John Potter returns from a ban but Steven Robb, Stephen O'Donnell, Franco Miranda, Chris Smith and Tom Brighton all miss out for the clash at Hampden.
