Breaking news from 5live is that Gordon Strachan has been sacked by Celtic in the last few names.

Interesting names already touted are: Owen Coyle, Mark McGhee, Tony Mowbray and Alan Curbishley with John Collins expected to be contender too.

I didnt know if it was true because it was just over msn. i really couldn't be bothered finding out about it. If i posted it on the forum, i might have been wrong and looked even more of an arse

The best one I've heard so far is OWEN COYLE for Celtic Park. So Coyle takes Burnley into the best and most lucrative league in the world and within a couple of days wants to chuck it all in to go to... CELTIC?! :P

No, no, Owen Coyle has just made a huge career leap within the last couple of seasons and has landed in the real big time... completely missing out the kind of level Celtic are at.

Owen Coyle is the 2/5 clear favourite with the bookies to be the next Celtic boss , maybe they know something you dont Charles .

I think most people would rather be manager of an English Premiership team and survive there, than be manager of a mediocre Scottish team who never get anywhere in European competition.

That would be pretty decent set up I think.

Larsson done any coaching before?? He plays hockey right now in sweden
