Thanks to all involved for this. I’ve only started reading it but it is a well presented and professional document.

I hope the engagement with the club goes well and it will be good to receive frequent updates on how things are progressing.

A very interesting read so far, only half way through it. Well done on the layout, easy to read and understand. I hope the club take notice of it.

Would be good if the support takes note of it too, and perhaps recognise the work that's gone into it on their behalf, whether they are interested in the supporters trust or not.

Makes interesting reading so far - have added a sidebar link to the right of the page for anyone who needs to go directly to the page --->

It's now possible to view the report without registering, as we realised some people might be reluctant to do this.

Thank you for doing that.   Your realisation is correct - I looked up your Privacy Policy and your Terms of Use, and saw that I was giving you permission to try to sell stuff to me

From a quick skim, it is a very thorough and professional piece of work.  Well done!

I hope you are preparing your PowerPoint slides, because I am sure that the Board will be requesting a presentation from you...

Further apologies, it works if you click on the link from News from the Trust home page

https://www.ictsupporterstrust.org/

We were making changes to the URL to remove the registration and there is a bit of a glitch at present. It worked for me, otherwise I won't have shared it.

Hopefully the direct link will be back working again very soon.

I still haven’t been able to access - either says page not available or my browser not supported........ tried everything but I think I am not meant to see the survey, even though I am one of the 15% who completed it.

Thought I’d try with my mobile phone instead of iPad and - success.   Very interesting reading indeed, thank you.
