good. !!!

However, now that this has happened, please be aware that there are limits on what can be posted regarding this specific case ..... its fine to continue discussing this topic in general, and without being specific about this case, but anything posted which we feel crosses the line in terms of exposing the site to any potential legal issues will be removed (hidden from view).

I would re-iterate what Scotty says and also add this. Nobody, no matter how clever you may think you are, can hide behind usernames. If you post things on any forum or twitter or facebook or any other such media that can or may cause offence enough for it to be deemed law breaking you will be caught.

Yup. Just read through the whole TOS and Rules and no mention of racism whatsoever !!! Just vague references to following local laws.

If Twitter are quite happy to have Gary Glitter twittering away, kind of says something about their ethics when it comes to this type of stuff.

I know that isn't to do with football but there seems to be an awful lot of incidents in Fife involving racial abuse at the minute.

Interesting. Same school and 1 year older than the lad who tweeted to Tade (although I think the Tade offender has already left school). Possibly a culture of thinking it's cool / funny / smart to be racist? Speculation of course!
