The Online Shop being down for so long is in the same vein as the poor Hospitality page (below).  No pictures?  No info?  Bit of a waste being in the most  prominent website space.  Neither reflects the CEO's marketing background or our director Liam's commercial background.  These austerity measures being implemented need to be combined with better efforts to increase revenue than this.

Very amateurish. On the field we have dropped down a division. Off the field, it sometimes seems that we are back in the Highland League.

Christmas is on the horizon and we have no facility for selling merchandise to fans not able to visit the stadium. What a poor show.

They've taken their sweet time to sort out their site. It was what, mid/late September the site went down for Host Migration or whatever, and little of the stuff we had originally is there, we lack the shop, a decent player list, opponents list (detailing every single team we've played), the list goes on.

An up to date and properly functioning website is a basic requirement for any business of any kind these days yet our club with a seven figure turnover has not had one for months.

Surely it not unreasonable for someone at the club, perhaps the CEO who has been in post for months now, to explain why not.

Completely agree. We keep getting told the New board members have all these skills and abilities. Still haven't seen anything from them and their respective expertise. They have been in place for a good period of time now but basic things for fan and commercial engagement are still not working. What is going on?

I wonder if they actually knew what was involved when they brought it back in-house. Anyone can setup a website but it takes a bit more to run a succesful one.

It doesn't exactly instill confidence in prospective investors to the club or those wishing to do business with us if we can't promote or market our own products in a successful manner.

Unfortunately the culture seems to be by relying on word of mouth.

In this day in age, any business no matter how small or big it is needs to utilise every possible tool available to it and to the maximum, no half hearted attempts. Either do it properly or not at all as what has been shown looks very amateurish.

Every business experiences issues but it's how you communicate and portray yourself under these pressures that sets you apart from others.

This has to be a priority. No use giving it big licks when we moved from the portacabin into the building. Looks much better but got to sort out online shop pronto. If their has been staff sickness or vacancies. Ask for voluntary help in the short with offers of match day tickets/hospitality. Something to get it done.

Unfortunately same old story of people taking on jobs they don't seem to know anything about and trying to bluff their way through. I'm afraid our problems are deeper than just the online shop.
