The majority of the Board are millionaires but seem delighted to bring ICT to its knees.  How they sleep at night I don't know.  Hell mend all of them but especially the ex CEO who was the instigator.

I want to know who accepted Gardiners resignation and confirm all present and correct on the hr side. 

 

It is very unusual for someone who resigns to be given 12 months gardening leave.  

 

If it was not done according to the books get him back, review his gross misconduct for falsifying records and  hiding financial distress , fire him with extreme prejudice. 

 

I would rather go to court for unfair dismissal than administration for paying the charlatans wages.

What I was wondering was there was something he specifically has done that makes it good that he is gone. I understand your point about collective responsibility.

No. It was the collective responsibility for the astonishing level of incompetence.
