I'm struggling with this one. Come again?

Equally baffled. The last Hamilton and Falkirk were both packed and noisy. Even if a lot of the shouting at Falkirk was at the stewards. :rotflmao:

Sounds noisy enough at away games.

I would see your point if you ment home games but your not meaning that :thumb04:

I go to more away than home games these days and have to say the singing/chanting/shouting among the Caley Thistle fans at the away games is streets better than at The Dump. I've never really understood why this should be the case.

:rotflmao: :thumb04: :018: ;)

Are there any rules regarding abuse of the English language on the forum?

I don't know what Away games the poster has been going to, but everyone I have been to (bar going to Ibrox and Parkhead due to the allocated seating) has been proper. But in recent times, it has seen the decline of the original away supporters gathering together.

It has been a while since I saw GovanJaggie, Joe DiMaggio, IHE, ITN, ITNjnr, Riley and many more get together for a good old sing song. They were the ones who inducted me into the away crowd (my first away game, Ayr in the cup). It just isn't the same without all of them.

Though saying that, Hibs away was cracking.

I thought were were pretty noisy but on the T.V, you couldn't hear, or see us??

Well its kind of hard when about 150 fans are trying to sing over 48,000 other fans. We were in that wee corner right across from the camras. Dont think the ball went to that corner alot just the odd coner kick

No text speak please.

This is a subject that's been debated many times and the easy answer to why away is better is that at away games everyone can choose to sit together so a rapport is inevitable. At home those same people are spread around two stands.

:rotflmao: Theres no way i could speak like that normally, i can hardly understand what i just wrote :thumb04:

but alex, 'Lewisx' was saying that we aren't good with our vocals at away games. and the majority of the posters here disagreed with him. I would agree if he ment home games but not away. When i was at my last away game in Hamilton, i did not stop chanting throughout the whole game. To be honest, i wasn't watching the game, but instead, the hamilton supporters trying to chant
