Got to bottom of it.....there will not be a decision today just a case of lawyers having bit of to and fro before the court case, Marius will attend the court case in Inverness on the 8th and 9th of March.

Yes - I am afraid that Marius took me to court - in regard to yon word I used - also a past reference to County fans.
