It wasn't as good as i expected it, i mean, why was Butcher not interviewed or is this the "keeping it cool until it is over" attitude which could be a good thing but at least its a start .

Said that we could be crowned champions tomo IF we win, Dundee get beat and County fail to win

You must have missed the million posts about it on here already in various topics!!

Don't see Dundee getting beat though. If they were to draw though we would still have it won excluding a major mairacle for Dundee and possibly a 7,8-0 defeat on the last day.

Yeah they were more interested in ABERDEEN getting a public forum on the possibility of moving to a new stadium. No mention of the fact that their is more important sports news in the north than that. North tonight is becoming a joke when reporting on anyone other than Aberdeen or the Dundee Mafia

North Tonight is just a complete joke as far as football coverage is concerned - last night's edition being only the latest example. If it's not Aberdeen, Dundee United or St Johnstone then you can forget any decent or comprehensive coverage. ICT, County or Dundee never get even a passing mention. As for the Highland League, it's not on their radar.

PATHETIC !

It is amazing, especially after so many in football circles have commmented on the entertainment and difficulty of Div1, that there isn't more coverage centres around ICT, RC and Dundee...

Dundee - pace setters for much of the season with management changes, new talent, loads of money etc

RC - Having arguably their best ever season (my personal fave was when they got relegated by a late gretna goal) and into THE national cup final

Ourselves - League leaders and likely champions with the best forwards in the league

this started a few years back when stv swallowed up grampian tv. a lot of people said then that it would be the end of regional content on the box. even they couldn't have foreseen how bad it has become. the opt out for regional news on north tonight consists of aberdeen and the highlands or dundee and tayside!!! ffs the highlands warrants a news programme of its own considering the size of the area. unfortunately, commercial pressure just leads to substandard media content and now the highlands are treated as an afterthought. case in point: mfr; a once proper local radio station swept up by a media giant and now is so bland it could be any station in the uk!!

rant over... C'MON THE CALEY!!!!!!!!

Guys the lack of coverage is perfect, we have been all but ignored most of the season and the pressure has not been there. We sneaked our way to this position almost under the radar. I still think today is the day, there will be more coverage tonight when we win the league.

Dundee won't lose today but can well see Morton drawing with them. County will potentially drop points at Airdrie who had a great result on Wednesday and will try to keep that going while I think, understandably, County have their eye on other things now.

Today may well be the day but Dunfermline aren't going to get anything from, particularly with Munro and Cox out of the side. A draw wouldn't be catastrophic but with those 2 out of the side we are missing two very hard working defensive players who probably don't get the credit they deserve. I don't think anything will be be decided for sure today (quite happy to be proved wrong though!)
