Hi guys I tried to couple of mods, it would seem that I am unable to do this, all I really want to know is why exactly I am on a 100% warn level? But I cannot contact any admin or mods other than through this post.

I can't think of any reason why you can't PM as you've not had it blocked. Unfortunately I'm still a bit busy tidying up from the chaos caused by some users at the weekend, but I'll add your problem to the list of things to do.
