He’s been recovering a hip operation so I don’t know if he’s made his debut yet. He has had bad luck with injuries in the last few years so hopefully this gives him a stepping stone back to a higher level.

Not sure about Meekings but Hennem has come off the bench and scored quite often this season. Surprised Ali Sutherland was not a starter either.

You saw a lot of goals!

Garry Wood, Ex ICT player (around 2008), playing for Brechin in Scottish Cup on BBC Scotland just now.  Recognised him before commentators said his name!

Paul Sheerin and Falkirk have parted company.

Not a great surprise after a 6-0 mauling by Queens Park.

I hadn’t spotted that Alex Fisher is with Newport County now.

Yes, been there since August, scored once.

Also left Exeter is old ICT favourite Gary Warren, now with non League Tiverton town, after a short spell at Torquay.

Andrew Shinnie was playing well for Livingston tonight against Hibs where there is no sign of Daniel Mackay.  Is he injured?  if not a loan spell back with us might help both teams.

Dougie Imrie is the new manager at Morton and got his first point tonight against Kilmarnock.  A player that blew hot and cold for us!

Yeah i just noticed that too. Imrie never struck me as a player who was management material but that’s a pretty good start.

Danny MacKay signs for Killie on loan until the end of the season.

It’s a pity that we couldn’t have got him on loan.

Not good news,  he could cause us problems.

I suppose his wages would have been an issue with a loan deal for us.

Nick Ross has turned down the chance to stay at Texan club El Paso Locomotive after being there three years and signed for Sacramento republic in the USL Championship.  He has recently got married and is so settled in the USA that a return home was never on the cards.

Surprised at that as he had been a fixture in the Derby team. Maybe with their financial issues, he was keen to move on.

He didn’t want to leave, Derby wanted him off the wage bill and he told the Derby Telegraph he is “gutted” about leaving. Fee reported to be £30,000 but Wigan chairman says it was less than that. Absolute bargain.

Certainly is a bargain. How Shinnie did not become a fixture in the Scotland squad has always amazed me.

Joe Chalmers has moved from Ayr to Dunfermline.

Kai Kennedy has yet another loan spell, this time at Hamilton having returned from his loan to Dunfermline.

Jordan Roberts has move permanently from Hearts to Motherwell having been on loan since last season.
