Here is the link to the article in which the Brighton Manager , Poyet, complains that he is not allowed to criticise referees or any decision by the English Football authorities.

Says if he does he will be fined and they are trying to shut his mouth.He says that their system is so undemocratic that they will fine hi=m to death until he vecomes a roboit and not a human being .

"All I am doing." He goes on "Is try to make the game and societal conditions fair and humani.e. not put people down for the sake of it.

Shades of the experiences that Terry Butcher has had in Scotland...eh?
