MFR said this morning that Scott Kellacher had been kept on??

As far as I'm aware, he has been offered a part-time post in the youth dept (up to 17's).

He's joined St Johnstone as a coach dont know if its youth coach though

Scott Kellacher has been re-employed by ICT on Butchers return from holiday. Apparently he hadn't agreed to the idea that the U19's being retained should train with the first team and wanted someone at the club to take them seperately as the requirments at that stage of development are different.

So the few U19 players left are occasionally training with the 1st team and then doing their own stuff as well ? but do not have a league to play in or get regular games ?

so i have to assume then that they will be getting loaned out to either Elgin or in the HFL otherwise it will be pointless keeping them on if they do not have a league to compete in to get regular games , as training alone will not help improve a player

and from my understanding Kellacher has been kept on as per Butcher's instructions , but Butcher took Kellachers wages out of his own budget , so you can look it one of two ways , thats wages that could have gone towards a new player , or its wages to help preserve the younger players trying to break through
