From left to right - Lizi, Maimie, Old Caley Girl and Oddquine.

That is dangerous IHE, who is the guy with the bunnet?

It's Caley Ladies in hooped socks against Clach Ladies at the Northern Meeting Park during WW2

Are you sure it's the Northern Meeting Park? Assuming the advertising hoardings on Telford Street weren't a relatively modern creation, it looks more like the Caley Park to me.

What on earth must that lot have looked like when they weren't smiling for the camera?

I think the appropriate term might be "gr*wl**s" but nowadays I feel advised to obscure the word with asterisks since I may even be committing a criminal offence by using it in entirety. A wee bit like John Inverdale suggesting that the lady tennis player was "never going to be a looker".

Interesting that the photo in question should appear in a thread entitled "A picture of heaven"!

The guy has a right Sneck coupon.

A relation of IHE's?

Aaah but good memories

Caley v St Johnstone. Scottish Cup 4th round, February 1992. Is that the Polworth goal?

I'm thinking that's '84. Surely Peter McCloy in goal?

Local derby against Thistle.  Caley were shooting into distillery end!   Seriously, as youngsters, we used to swap ends at half time to see Caley's goals up close.
