I hope its not Nick Ross, he plays awsome when he comes on, young fresh legs ripping about tired old defenders.... If kyle went then its a head scratcher, im sure there will be reason but stupid!!

TB kens fit hes daying..... Ive been in Lossie to long ken

The most worrying thing about that article is that TB still feels LDZ has a part to play at the club  .

come on we need someone to keep the bench warm

could see Sutherland going out as we seem overloaded on attackers once imrie and odhiambo come back

While Shane Sutherland, Nick Ross, Kyle Allison, Gavin Morrison and Graeme Shinnie have all featured at some stage for the first team this term, Butcher intends to give at least two young players the chance of playing regular football on loan elsewhere.

If Kyle Allison goes, then Esson gets injured the next week, who will cover? Will Kyle come back or will be be in place for a emergency loan?

Nick Ross should stay will us, he makes a good sub everytime he comes on. Maybe sub him at half time rather than 5 minutes before the end of every game.

I dont care about the rest really.

We have a number of U-19's who dont feature in the first team but are being retained and trained. It could be any of those that are hinted at. I also think the idea of puting some out on loan is maybe to free up some cash to take in a loan player.

As for LDZ, he is still needed for cover if injury were to befall Gollie.

The players that we can afford to loan out are Sutherland, Shinnie, Park & maybe Morrison. Got enough strikers for covers and Proctor can fill in at RB or even Duncan could :) So i would expect Sutherland, Park or Shinnie to be the ones that are going out on loan

From what was said at the AGM this evening it would appear that this was always part of the plan to allow us to retain these young lads longer term.

The club had considered not entering this years NoS cup, but did so in order to give these lads some game time. Now that cup is finished they need to look at other ways to be getting these boys some regular match experience and the only way to do that (now that we have no reserve league) and not lose them altogether is to try and find clubs to take them on loan....and hopefully make a contribution towards wages.

It is the best thing to do IMO, get the younger lads some playing time and the likes of the highland leauge or 3rd Div would toughen them up no end, its a more brutal style of football, the Spl U19 and Res teams were all about keeping themselfs good for going up, down in the lower leauges the dont care its all about the win!!! It'll be great 4 them, look whos left in our team from the old days, all hardend old men, would you take a slap from bit Mann, rossco or Golly... eh no, Id take a slap from black, DC and DI... you get what I mean?

Well just look at Zander Sutherland for example, left ICT on a 6 month loan to Elgin, done VERY well so was extended for another 6 months. Comes back to ICT with 3rd Division Player of the year. Looks very promosing when he got subbed on versus Liverpool XI for Barry Wilson's Testimonal and then played for reserves from there-on. Never got a game under Brewster, Never got a game under Butcher... was it just be that seen potential? Now he is back to small leagues playing for Buckie Thistle now.

Is this what Butcher will do to our young and promosing players? Is there a Zander Sutherland Story about to happen agaiin?

Even though he's just gotten injured, I wouldn't at all be surprised if Duff's the next one out the door.

Why oh why do people not just accept the fact that Zander just was not good enough to play in our 1st team?

Don't think he was voted 3rd Div Player of the Year.
