Why is your stomach fat?

The advertising on the site always throws up a few interesting topics. This is my favourite, "Why is your stomach fat?"

I didnt click on the box but I did ponder it for more than a minute.

My stomach is fat, relatively speaking, because

a) I tend to skip breakfast which slows my metabolism

i have a tendency to eat almost continuously from 6pm till I fall asleep

c) I order too many Pizzas

d) Although I mountain bike, it doesnt test my gut

e) I drink more beer than water

f) I spend too much time on this website doing inane things like this

Thats my answer, anybody have a different reason/s for why their stomach is fat?

I am the same trouser waist i was 12 yrs ago wen i was 11 st. I am now 14 1/2st.....go figure

Am glad to report.......there is very little belly over belt action to be found on me, Just a teency bit!

Time to sort this out is when you realise you are having to lean forward in the shower to see yer tadger.

I go from one extreme to the other, was 16 stone in January to 12 stone 4 in March Was 13 stone last month but up to 14 st 10 now!! gotta lose another 2 stone again to get back down!!

Sounds to me like your scales are faulty!

lol I wish it was! I used to weigh maself almost everyday on lots of different scales that all gave the same figures.
