Top five games of the season

Recommended Posts

7-0 at Ayr - will take a long, long time to be equalled.

1-0 at Dumbfarmlife on the opening game of the season.

5-1 at Ayr - Oh I luv scumerset.

3-1 at Dumbfries - Oh wonderful Palmerston.

2-3 Cup Final defeat - go back to half time.

Was at all of those but the Raif 4-3 home game was the closest Sky Sports came to the feeling of being at the match.

7-0 at Ayr, probably the best ICT day out ever.

4-3 v Raith, simply for the 94th minute overhead kick winner that convinced me we could win this league.

3-0 v County - because it was them!

1-0 v Dundee, not much of a game today but it was great knowing what was going to happen after!

0-0 at County, odd choice perhaps but looking back it was a huge result at a time when it was so important to keep the momentum going.

Ayr 0 - 7 ICT

ICT 4 - 3 Raith

ICT 3 - 0 C*unty

ICT 2 - 0 Dunfermline

Tend to vote on the whole-day experience rather than just the quality of the game / importance of the result, so:

7-0 at Ayr

3-1 at Dumfries

5-1 at Ayr

4-0 at Kirkcaldy

0-3 at Killie - just for Kyle. And because it was a cracking day out despite the scoreline.

Actually, I'm going to remove the Challenge Cup from my top 5 and put in the first Dundee away. Coming from behind twice in a game we really should of won, showed a glimpse of what we were about to go on and do later in the season.

Also Djebi's 'wrestling' beside the Derry, what legend.

0-7 at Ayr - probably the best day out ever

4-3 at home to Raith for the great escape factor

0-4 at Raith - the day many started to think what was possible

0-1 at Partick - for going top of the league and the crack was good

tie for no 5 between the Alba cup final which was a great day out until about 4.10pm and the 1-0 at home to Dundee on the last game of the season.

Worst day out 0-2 at Morton last month when the stewards spoiled a good night out.

I can tell you what was the worst game of the season. That 1-0 home win against Morton. Perhaps the worst game I have been to.

Either that or Dunfermline away 0-0. it was cold FREEZING and not much of a performance from either side
