Urgent Help Pls... Setanta- Bt Vision

I got a shot of my neighbours setanta card to try on my bt vision box for todays game. problem is...i cant seem to find the channel on my bt vision box. any one got any ideas?

I know it's a bit late, but I don't think the cards are transferable between machines once they've been registered.

Don't know much about BTV but in subscription TV a card is usually "paired" with a set top box, to prevent them shared or traded.
