Caley Thistle chief Fraser to step down

As per a previous post there is no chance of Savage becoming Chairman as he isn't on the Board. It has been made very clear that the appointment will be from within the current Board.

Unless of course the board exercise their right to bring in a 7th director under the rules from last year that said the maximum number of directors was "eight or such other number number of directors as the Board may from time to time determine"
