I have recently changed my Avatar and on the settings it has my new picture but my Avatar on the topics its still my old one.

whats wrong?

probably the cache settings on your own computer - we are seeing the new one ... "evil monkey" ?

hold down the ctrl key and press f5 and it should force a page reload rather than taking it from the cache.

to clear cache or change settings, I would suggest you do a google search for clear cache and your browser name and you will find many guides on how to do this.
