Ok, so the impression is that board members are only about self-promotion and don't really have the interests of our club at heart. I am fed up of the negative posts/threads on here being so self defeatist.

What needs to change in order for us to move forward?

I think ICT has the potential to punch well above our weight.

If we are to see a return to the SPL next season or at all then lets be honest drastic measures are needed the home form is a clear issue which needs to be addressed its not as if its only something that has been a problem this season.

A better home support would be helpful but to have that we need something to shout about and we don't have that at all.

Even just one of the first six alone staying till the end of last season could have saved us from relegation.

Compare those gone to are team now and it horrifying to think the players we have taken in to replace such losses:

Adam Rooney- Cult hero? Why when he has less style on the pitch than his namesake off it.

Robert Eagle- Probably cares about his hair than the club nick ross is far more talented and should be rewarded.

Stuart Golabek- Okay some passion great but the man is on his last legs.

Eric Odhiambo- Check his goal record before caley nearly as prolific Dean Mcdonald oh wait that didn't exist.

Are core is gone are team is gone a whole new midfield none with vision none who will shoot i would rather old richie hart than some of this lot. A defence that cant communicate and a manager who's awareness of what is good for the club is a clear problem what happened to Pavels from last season was doing fantastic and was the best defender in side since Dods.

Years and years of lax management on the part of those running the club has now caught up with us. What needs to change is that the people in charge need to buck up, learn some organisational skills, show some initiative and stop treating their paying customers, the fans, like idiots. The Niculae fiasco is just the latest in a long line of stupid situations that could easily have been avoided if those in charge had behaved like professionals. It's at the stage now where it's gone beyond embarrassing and become disheartening.

I'm finding it increasingly difficult to force myself to go to the football on a sat. Don't enjoy it all anymore. I was talking to my father about it last week and he said even getting to see the odd goal scored by our team into the north stand goal would be nice.

It got me thinking and it does seem that almost every goal we score is scored into the away end. I dont suppose anyone has these kinds of stats but it would be interesting to see how many times we have scored into our own end over the last season.

Don't think it's really the result that people are concerned about. Its the fact that it's another poor home coupled with poor tactics and team selection. Think most peole would have happily taken 3 points from the last 2 games but would have hoped for the win at home and draw away.

We want to see the players displaying a belief and passion that we simply aren't seeing. I don't buy this crap about the team playing poor at home due to the fans lack of encouragement. I hink its the opposite way round. It is up to the players to encourage the fans. At the moment what we're being subjected to is utter bollox.

I would completely agree with this. Blaming the fans is, in my opinion a complete cop-out.

Ane how many of those wanted to go ??

There is a difference between letting someone go and replacing them with talent and just letting them go.

We all know for years the board have allowed key players to leave for sums of money that are simply pathetic.

The likes of Rankin Black and Brown the minute they left if another club wanted to buy of there new clubs the transfer would be far higher than any sum we would accept.

The board remind me off foriegn markets they let you pay them bottom prices for best goods.

you cant sayany one of the players would have saved us as they didnt stay so couldnt and i believe the players weve got will come good before christmas then watch us go

You can say they would have saved us:

Mark Brown- Was a goalie who saved the shots he wasn't expected to im sick of the ammount of times have said oh well the goalie was unlucky couldn't have saved it.

John Rankin and Don Cowie- Were both pricless in providing assists for the side and were prolific in scoring from midfield to.

Darren Dods- Was a man mountain who used to win us games single handely by blocking them off lines and also had a very healthy record of scoring.

Craig Dargo- Only need to point out 2nd topgoalscorer in spl behing boyd.

Hasten to add even Brewster playing himself up top would have been better than some of the mugs within the team last year.

The problem i think is that this club has always had a little spark about it. We were special and we were noticed for punching above our weight on big occasions. Unfortunately after a calamity of arguments, bad feeling and dismal pitch displays the club has suffered its first real failure in the footballing world...relegation.

We lost our spark and with that alot of people lost their enthusiasm and perhaps some lost their passion as well. There is still alot of hurt and bad vibe from the fallouts i think and i don't know if i'm alone here but you can even feel it sometimes within the ground on Saturdays i think.
