I would have loved an away draw if it was elgin, cowdenbeath, dunfermline, or raith. That was the only away games i wanted. Thank feck its at home!

I thought it was the CIS cup on the 1st august?? Or have they changed it when I wasn't looking?

CIS cup games are traditionally mid-week affairs so I'd expect the first round games to be on 4th/5th Aug.

I think more people will come to the league matchs more than the ALBA cup

why does the SFL start so early if its only 36 games and it ends up finishing very early

SFL clubs have an extra round in CIS cup and for some an extra round in Scottish cup. They also have Alba cup games. Normally the SFL starts a week earlier than SPL and finishes a week earlier. This season they finished three weeks earlier because of the number of National team breaks for the SPL.

When last we won this cup we also won the league.

If we end up struggling in the SFL (still not conviced by Butcher / Malpas) then we should deffo bring Steve Paterson back. Happy days!
