Vigurs is top young player in SFL

Well done young man - who knows we might even see him back at TCS one day in blue and red in the SPL....

Ross County's Iain Vigurs has been named young player of the month for August in the Scottish Football League.

The 21-year-old midfielder received the Irn Bru award after helping County win five and draw one of their seven league and cup games during the month.

It culminated with a 3-1 win for the Dingwall side away to neighbours Inverness Caledonian Thistle.

Vigurs scored the second goal in a win that took County into third place in Division One.
