Santa's Grotto

Would a Santa's grotto be feasible to organise and set up at the stadium for the Raith game especially with it being kids for a quid

Do we have enough merchandise to cater for youngsters,or something unique, photos etc.

Or would it be easier to put a Santa's grotto neon sign above the club shop and an x-mas tree with lights on it on the roof, and have the staff dressed as Santa's elves for the day, to pull more customers in.
