Scott Leitch has just resigned as manager of Ross County

Im sitting next to the ex-chairmans daughter and she just got a text from her dad saying that he had resigned.  The media will be informed later.

I heard it was for health reasons....

....he was sick of getting beaten.

im hearing county are going into administration and will be docked so many points the the SFA are just going to put them st8 in2 the 3rd division.now its just a rumour but if its true.why aren't we in buying there academy?buying there coaching staff?getting there youth players(who have just won the u19 SPL title) and anything that can benefit our club?!!

Suggestions are being made by some County fans that Leitch was told that he would have to take a wage cut if they dropped to the 2nd Div and was not willing to do so.

I would imagine that this combined with Adams not willing to back him on Saturday is more than enough reason to leave (oh, that and getting your team relegated  :015:).

roscoe23 contrary to what you may think, RC do not have an academy to sell. The highland football academy, though based at Dingwall, is a joint operatin between Ross County ICT and Highland Council and is under the control of the Scottish Executive.
