Council tax dodgers

If the Country is in so much debt why don't the council tax bailiffs go to Dingwall to recoup some cash.

I assume that there is just over 6000 people residing in Dingwall, yet 20,000 leave the town to visit hampden for the day so 14,000 people don't officially live in Dingwall? have the council sussed this out yet.

If we want to save money we should just sell all the residents of Dingwall, ALness, Tain and the other reservations above the Black Isle into slavery. That should make at least a few hundred quid.
