New body part

Not sure if this has been done before, want ideals on what you would like as a extra body part and why.

Maybe the same valve could be used to pump up other areas that might not be quite as developed as desired.

Good idea kingsmill, and you could put a nipple on the other end in case you pumped them too hard.
