Got the chance to meet Mathew a couple of weeks ago, a great young lad who is really enthusiastic about being given his chance with ICT....and he couldn't have a better mentor.

Good thread CaleyD. Nice to see the club promoting the back-room staff and pointing out that a football club is more than just 11 players on the park.

In a time when we are constantly being told depressing news about how young people aren't getting work, it is heartening to see someone getting an opportunity to work full time in a job they obviously enjoy.
