The end of the season in nearly upon us. This weekend will see where the silverware is going, who is going to Europe and also who will be sadly going down to the first division. We at SPLrefs.com wish all SPL clubs the best of luck this weekend.

As some of you will be aware we launched our website earlier on this year with the aim of trying to be a single voice for the fans of Scottish football by highlighting controversial refereeing incidents and getting views from you, the fans on how we can improve the overall refereeing standards in Scotland, with the ultimate aim of being a liaison between the fans and the SFA.

This season it seems like barely a week goes by where fans aren?t lambasting referees or assistants where they believe they have called it wrong.

The challenge we put to you all is the following:

In your opinion, what has been the most controversial incident the referee or one of the assistants has been involved in during a Caley game this season?

It?s over to you......

When Richie Foran was denied a blatantly on-side goal against Hamilton in our last home game! That's the most recent one that sticks in my mind... If it'd been called correctly we'd already be safe!

Finnigan pulling Lionel's arm to get a penalty. Blatant cheating interpreted in the opposite direction.

Just for the record, a few years back there was about 8 minutes of extra time in the first half until the fourth official radioed Dougie Macdonald to tell him his watch had stopped. Dougie replied in the affirmative and blew for half time. Nothing controversial happened but it could have lead to some interesting debates afterwards if those in the know had grassed.

Not quite sure,

Was it Falkirk scoring from an offside position in the Cis cup

Scoring from offside for the first goal to win 4-0

Or a tussle in the box with lional to win a penalty to knock us out of the Scottish cup which looked 50/50 on TV.

Your luck has run out Falkirk the officials are on to you.

CIS cup is the worst one I remember. Shouldnt have been a goal (offside) and should have had two penalty's.

Has to be the League Cup game away to Falkirk their goal was blatantly offside and we were denied two clear - cut penalties. This would be the worst as it cost the club quite a bit in terms of not reaching the semi-final and i was annoyed how we didn't make it to the semi-final which would have been excellent considering we were in the middle of our demise under Brewster. They were the worst decisions.

The worst performance was probably Charlie Richmond at the recent Hamilton game where we drew 1-1 he was shocking or whoever did the home hamilton game just before the split was pretty bad as well.
